how to change password

i forgot my password then reset it when i tried to change it ist said old password is wrong plz help

If you know the password, click on 'My Account' and then 'Change Password'. If your problem is that you've forgotten your password, sign out then click on 'I forgot my username or password', then follow the instructions. If that doesn't work (it should), email Family Echo and ask them to reset it for you.
