Hello,  We filled out a bunch of family stuff and was able to view our tree fully for over a year and now all that info is gone. We can log in fine. there just is no information to see. what can cause this? or what could have happened? thank you

One thing you might check is to click on the My Account button (upper right) and check to see if you might have created a blank (new tree) and it has become the default?  See if there is another tree there to select.  Hopefully your tree wasn't deleted.
