Print preview and pdf show blank pages

I entered my family information, but when I click print preview or pdf all I get are blank pages.  I need to add this to a book report, please help if you are able.  Thank you.

Sorry about that - we introduced a printing bug during a site update. It's fixed now – just refresh the page.
