Siblings are only liked by their parents. If you aready have the people, go to one of the siblings, and click the change or Delete button under their information. Click Change Parents. You should be able to either create parents or choose parents from the tree so the parents. If you need to create the parents, go to the other sibling and follow the same steps to change their parents to the ones you created.
