I am the keeper of the tree and I don't want anyone else changing/adding/deleting entries, but I would like them to be able to view the entire tree online.

Yes.  Just make sure that when you create the link with the [Invite ____ to share family] button, that the "Allow _____ to edit family" check box is un-checked.
