I'm assuming that you have connected the grandparents as parents of their grandson. To fix this:
Select a grandparent then click on the [Add child button] and add the info for the father.
Select the new father and click on the [Add partner/ex] to add info for the mother.
Select the grandson and click on the [Change or delete] button then click on the [Change parents] button to select the new parents.
