how to include everyone in the family tree to be in one screen without the dotted lines?

Depending on the complexity of tree can or can't be done. Increase the number of Parents/Children/Others on the view, go upper on the tree at parents/grandparents or grand-grand-parrents to see most or all tree. In most of cases can't be done.

You can edit some merged screenshots to make whole tree in one image for complex trees.
