Is Magic Baby Names using my data?

On the bottom of the family tree page there is a link to "Baby Names". It says it gets its data from Family Echo. So is it using my family tree data? What if I don't want my data being used?

It gets only the names, no other info. And as far I can see, by design, seems to be made by same team as Family Echo
