How do I add birth parents for adopted children?

How can I add a second set of parents for children who were adopted? Birth and adoptive parents.

You can't do this. You can only have one set of parents. What I would do is assign a partner to the child/children called "Birth Parents." Then make Birth Parent's Parents the birth parents.
