I think this has been answered before, but how can you see the whole tree with both sides of the grandparents being in view

Change the view at the bottom of the page, update Parents, Children & Others to max level (15) to view as many persons as possible on both sides.

When you select a grandparent only that persons ancestry will be shown. To see both branches, select one of their children.
