Can I export a family tree as back up and later import it back here on Family Echo in case it needs recovery?

I want to share my family tree with few people that can add/update my family tree further.

Is there a way I can export the tree in such a format (as backup) that can be imported back on family echo so that any unwanted changes/deletions can be recovered. If yes, what format that is and how can I import back?
