How to show one niece adopted by her uncle?

My great great grandparents adopted his niece, who then became my  great grandmother. How do I show that she was born to one brother but adopted by another brother. Of course I already have the entire family springing from her so I don't want to break it all up and start over.

Right now there is no way to denote that someone is adopted besides mentioned in their bio secetion. So you could put in her Bio.  Adopted by ___ and ___ her Aunt and Uncle.
