How to change a photo when its the wrong one?

I selected the wrong photo - how can I delete one so I can select the correct one?

You don't need to delete a photo in order to replace it with another one, just click on the photo at the top of the sidebar, and you'll be given several buttons to choose from.  Click on "Choose File" and select the photo you want to use.
