I have an error, how do I start family over

I am the founder.  I am just starting and I thought I was adding my mother and farher but they are not showing but are a level up with their siblings.

You can start again by using 'My Account' in the top right corner and then choosing 'Remove Family'. You can then create a new family starting from scratch.
