At the moment, all you can do is enter the same dates in their birth date sections, which will position the siblings next to each other. I suggested this a while back, maybe using a ^ shape or similar, but there doesn't seem to be any plans for a way to distinguish between twins/triplets etc and normal siblings.

One way which I have done is to write on their bio about what twin/triplet they are. Not ideal, but it's something.
It's often the way that we have to use Bio Notes for stuff like this.
