How can I get the information for ALL of the boxes to print in bold?

When I printed out my first draft, only the information in boxes of people who are still living were printed in bold.  All of the other boxes were so light they are difficult to read.

Click on the show options link next to the print icon.  You will find an option to control the color (darkness) of the tree text.
