You may need to create a new family (in My Account) then import the old/ existing.

FYI: I've never tied this, just a thought.

I'm afraid to do it because I have a big tree that might be erased.
What is your opinion ECHO FAMILY?
Nothing will happen to the original tree, so you don't need to worry about that being erased. The only issue with exporting and importing is that you will lose the photos. There are details here:
