How do I change a photo

This is not intuitive but here goes:  With the current photo displayed, left click "change or delete" at the bottom.  Then left-click on the photo.  Then left-click "cancel".  Now the photo has gone and you can go through the normal upload for a new photo.

That didn't work but I discovered the solution. Click on the photo you want to change in the tree. Then when it appears in the side panel clickd on the photo there and it gives you the option to upload a photo to replace the one currently displayed.
