My father's mother and my mother's grandmother were sisters; how can I connect them after having built the paternal and maternal trees?

You can add parents for one of them, and then for the other use 'Choose parents from tree'. To do this, you first need to select them, then choose 'Change or delete' and then 'Change parents'.
