why can't I zoom out

It keeps coming to my name only.  Cannot zoom out to view entire family tree.  Please help

You can only zoom out a certain distance, centred on whichever person is currently selected. You can increase the number of generations shown on the tree use the scroll menus below the magnifying glasses. Bear in mind that for reasons of space you cannot view the entire tree at once.
