In The india when any person we goint to add there are sequance to write full name. can you add the one more text box between first name and last name that is middle name. In india full name of person is first name then middle name (it Means father name) then last name.

I don't think there is a GEDCOM field for a middle name. There are fields for Name, Given Name, Nick Name, and Sur Name. The Name field is typically Given Name + Sur Name. Nick Name isn't implemented by Family Echo. 

GEDCOM files are the standard way to move family tree information from program to program, so we are unlikely to see Family Echo implement another name field unless one is added to the GEDCOM standard. 

It is common to put everything except the Sur Name (family name) into the Given Name field.
