Is it possible to download Family tree in Excel for Editing purpose ?

  1. Click on "Download / export this family..."
  2. Select "CSV (Comma-separated)"
  3. Click download
  4. Open the downloaded file through Excel

Depends on what you meed by "editing purpose."  As sh4nik noted you can download an Excel compatable file from F.E. but be advised F.E. does not support uploading an "edited" CVS file.  It's a one way deal.
