Just in case someone else look here for the answer:
You can do this by: exporting your family tree as a GEDCOM file, then creating a new family tree from your account page. Next you import that GEDCOM file, and as a last step it asks you who the main person should be.
Note that photos are not exported with your GEDCOM file.
