How do you get the "Unrelated" relationship?

There was a glitch when i was making a family tree. I made a family tree, and when i gone into the search box, i saw an anon, then when i clkicked on it, it was seperate from the family. I checked the relationship, and there was unrelated. How do i get this? I have deleted it since.
