How do I retrieve an accidentally deleted tree.

I deleted a family tree accidentally and I really need to get it back as it has important information on it for a book im writing.

At the top of the list of families that you have in the right corner there is something that says "Show _ Removed" (the blank is however many families you have removed). If you click on that, you will see all the famililes that you have removed.
