Is it possible to upload a GEDCOM file into Family Echo?

Yes.

  1. Click on the "My account" button in the upper right. 
  2. Click on "Create or import new family" in the lower centerish area
  3. Click on "Import GEDCOM or FamilyScript..." in the lower left.

You can also export a DEGCOM file from Family Echo if you ever need to.
