The only files that you can directly upload to Familly Echo are photos. But if you store your 23 and Me test somewhere online and made it public accessible, you could share the link using whatever Family Echo field seems most appropriate. Maybe upload the test results to Google Drive and make them accessible only to people who have the link. That way they are not generall available to anyone who stumbles upon them.
