Marriage of First cousins: system resulting into duplicate 1st partner or 2nd partner

Question

Q: How do I create a marriage between two related people?

Select the first person in the partnership. Then click 'Add partner/ex' followed by 'Partner with existing person on tree'. Choose the second partner from the list then click the appropriate button.

I tried the above rule; This is what I get:

I tried to duplicate this doing the same steps that you described, and I didn't get this message. It worked the way I expected it to. Where does that message appear? Do the cousins appear married? It should give you a "duplicate" cousin next to each partner.
