You can use the "Send feedback" button at the bottom of the main Family Echo screen to ask them if they can recover your family tree. You should send them the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Your username
  3. Your email address
  4. A description of what went wrong*
  5. When it went wrong*
  6. When you last accessed your family tree successfully*
  7. A few unique (ish) names in your family tree*

*I'm just guessing about these last four. I'm just thinking of the kind of infomration I might like when trouble shooting something like this.
