Cannot locate family tree error

Hello,
I have been working on an extensive family tree (not my own) and suddenly I was unable to save. When I tried to refresh the following error message came up:

"This family could not currently be located. This may be due to occasional system maintenance, so please try again in a few hours"

After a few hours it's still not working and other trees I've started work fine.

Any ideas?

We had a brief outage of one of the family storage servers, it should be fixed now.
