Family Echo will print the part of the family tree that is currently shown on the screen. You may be able to show all of your tree by changing the Parents, Children, and Other values under "Show options". After you change those to their max values, you might try clicking on various people in your tree (typically the oldest ancestor) and see if that displays more of the family.
