How do I print both parents ancestors

Question

if I try to print both sides of a family tree only one branch comes available, what i am trying to do is print a family tree for me great grandchild which shows both my ancestors and my wifes is this possible please

You can see (and therefor print) everyone that appears on the screen. And you can always see the ancestors and descendants a person. Probably all you have to do to see both you and your wife's ancestors is click on your child, because she is a descendent of all of those people.
