Are you printing out your tree and bringing a physical copy to Staples? That would certainly make it pixelated, so I'm going to assume that are not doing that. I think the easiest thing that you can do it to create the pdf on a larger canvas. A0 is the largest paper size that you can print to, and that will give you an overall more detailed tree.
