You can download an HTML file that contains the full interactive tree using the "Download / export this family" button at the bottom of the left sidebar.
You can then upload that file to your website and link to it. Embedding the family tree within an CMS might be a little more problematic, as you have the javascript to deal with. For an CMS, it might be easiest to embed the file that you upload in a iFrame.
