How to we change the owner of the family tree?

Do you mean that you want to change who owns the account that the family tree is associated with, or do you mean that you want to change the person that the tree jumps to when you click on the "Return to me" button at the bottom?

I think you want to export the family tree (as a GEDCOM or FamilyScript file) and import it as a new tree. Note that photos are not exported or imported.
