Go to the editor on the child's page. Click on the fourth box button down titled 'add secondary parents'. Click the fifth box down on that menu titled 'choose parents from tree'. Then select the spouse that adopted the children in the secondary parents section. Select that they are an adoptive parent. That will edit their relationships.
