Naming myself in tree

Question 1

I am creating a family tree as a favor for a friend, therefore I can't choose a name for myself.

My friend also isn't in this tree, as it is her grandparents only.

How do I not have a name when that option arises?

Question 2

Just pick one of the people in the tree (probably one of her grandparents) and use them as the first person (as "me").
