Is there a way to add link to source for information such as birth, mariage or death? i don't see any field to add URL link.

Family Echo isn't really geared toward the citation of genelogical information. Some people do so by using the website field to link to a webpage or directory in GoogleDrive (or other cloud storage) where they put information like that (including additional photos and such).

You can add one source website in the cotact tab in the editor feature.  Website is the second option.
