Is there a server issue at the moment ? I'm getting the message : The family could not be saved - please try again.

One of the family servers crashed and is currently being rebooted. Sorry about this, please come back in a few hours.

How often do server problems occur?
Once in a few months on average, but there's no data loss, and it's back online within a few hours.
