Why Can't I Click or Select Anything During Catalina Crunch Add

So, whenever the Catalina Crunch add starts (the cerel banner along the bottom, the weird decoration along the edges) I can't select anything or click a button. It's really annoying. Anyone know how to fix it?

Sounds like a rogue adver, sorry. You can click the small 'Hide' button at the top, this should hopefully fix it.
