Hey, unfortunately, that's not possible. I've tried it myself (biological, foster, adoptive), but it didn't work. I tried downloading and editing values manually, but to no avail. Format guide (Family Echo - FamilyScript File Format) describes only "secondary parents" and outlines that you can specify the type of them. There's nothing about tertiary parents, therefore it's most likely not possible.
