How do you add nicknames to people in your tree?

In Options, there's the option to enable/disable nicknames but there isn't any column to put any nicknames in.

When you are editing the Personal information for a family member, there is a triangular progressive disclosure control widget after the name that gives you access to all of the other, less common, name fields.
