How can I print vertically without cutting off some names midpage?

Question 1

I know how to print vertically -- by chaning to "portrait." But when I do, it cuts off the lower boxes in the middle of the box, rather than continuing with the entire box on the next page down. I've got it set to 2 pages,so that's not the problem. Any ideas most welcome!

Question 2

When it print, it duplicates the boxes across the page boundary. It does this so that you can cut one of the pieces of paper and tape them togther seamlessly.
